6 June-Prairie Grove Battlefield

PARKathon Park #3: Prairie Grove Battlefield.

Unfortunately, we were one week to early for the reenactment of the Battle of Prairie Grove. Sigh.

This lady was giving weaving lessons to a group.

This was just before I was brutally attacked by a giant bumblebee. Fortunately, I escaped unscathed.

17 March-Lake Dardanelle

So, I just now realized that I forgot to write my posts for last month! (Bad Carly!)

Anyway.

Lake Dardanelle was the tenth park we've been to. There was this big exhibit on the honey they make there.

 

12 February-Historic Washington

So today we went to TWO parks! The first one was Historic Washington, "home of the Confederate capital during the Civil War."

I don't really know what to call this one.
